Is Tirion a fit if we don’t have an IT team?
Yes. Our starting offers are designed for small businesses without an internal IT team. In an introductory call, we explore whether Microsoft 365 setup, a paid AI Workflow Check or an assessment for cloud application care fits your needs.
How does cross-border collaboration work?
We work remotely with businesses in DACH and the US. Communication channels, availability and time zones are agreed before work begins. On-site services are included only when separately agreed.
Does Tirion take over all of our IT?
We take responsibility for specifically agreed tasks and applications. Device management, backups, migrations and response times are not blanket promises. Where needed, they are explicitly included in the agreed scope.
How do we get started?
We start with an introductory conversation about your situation, then clarify scope, requirements, budget and timing. An AI Workflow Check is a paid engagement. A pilot and ongoing operations require separate agreements.
