Your team can do more than
search, copy and chase.
Start with a paid check of one repetitive workflow. We assess your existing tools and recommend the next step. A pilot and ongoing care are commissioned separately. AI prepares work; your team approves sensitive actions.

AI Workflow Check
Know which workflow is a good fit, which approach makes sense and what needs to be resolved before a pilot.
Scope, sample and next step
Explore the offer
Technology is a tool. Your process comes first.
“I first check whether your existing tools are enough. We build what is actually missing.”
Personally responsible for scoping, solution architecture and the agreed implementation. Your process owner and IT stay involved.
Meet TirionA clear basis for your next decision.
The sample memo shows how a decision is structured. Your check adds the assessment of your actual process, costs and risks.

Permissions
Only the data and actions needed for the agreed workflow.
Approvals
Your team decides on sensitive steps. Uncertainty triggers escalation.
Traceability
Sources, actions and decisions are documented within the agreed scope.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Do we really need an agent?
Not always. Fixed, predictable processes often work better with conventional automation. An agent is useful when information must be interpreted and next steps selected within clear boundaries.
What can the agent do on its own?
Only explicitly agreed actions using designated permissions. Sensitive steps require approval; missing or conflicting information triggers escalation.
Do we need to replace our systems?
That is not the goal. We assess connections to your existing Microsoft 365, CRM or business systems. Feasibility depends on interfaces, licenses and permissions.
What does an engagement cost?
The Service Process Check is a paid fixed-price package for one process. Deliverables, participation, timing and budget are confirmed before engagement. Pilot and operations are agreed separately, with no automatic follow-on engagements.
How are data and results protected?
Data classes, processing location, roles and retention are assessed per project. We do not claim that every architecture automatically meets every requirement.
Your team repeats the same copying, searching and follow-ups?
Someone on your team knows the workflow and provides suitable examples. We coordinate the technical requirements with your existing providers.
